How to Frame a Rustic Diptych
A few of our artists like to create diptychs or triptychs that consist of an image painted over multiple panels or canvases. We wanted to show several approaches to framing this kind of work. Below we have three options featured.

There are pros and cons to each design. Framing each panel separately gives flexibility to the spacing between the work. The diptych could be placed on either side of a fireplace to create a dramatic effect. In contrast framing the piece together would reduce the material and labour cost and line the image up without spacing. A con is the weight added when framing together as for a larger artwork.
